hey guys...was playing at about 01:25 this morning and the server did something odd. you know the snow map(the newer of the mcom ones), well we had just defended and after that round we attacked. we destroyed the first 2 mcoms and as we were about to advance on the second pair, the map changed. it only registered our defending score and non of the kills/points from the attacking round. what happened?

BTW...love the new site....the green of the foliage gently accentuates the dull metal off the guns :-)

Yeah that might of been me, I have reinstalled the old 8800 , as the 460 was sucking the shit out of my CPU.
I was updating the CC and checking punk buster, when it locked up and crashed, when I restarted it caused the map the restart.
You were online then.
Now my pc is back to normal. Everything is running sweet.
Picked up a cooer master case ( the one you suggested lee) today, next week the CPU and main board, new hdd and memory.
Once it compete I will run my old box as a CC server, setup remote access, so you can log in as needed to check CC.?

If you can handle the bandwidth and the power bill then thats a perfect solution Oggy, youre a lot closer to the gameserver, Im still held up looking at a way to do the VM, was leaning to try to do it on my webserver as home bandwidth here is barely good enough for long distance gaming already.

I can help you with advice etc if you need it. build it for minimal power consumption, it doesnt need much grunt or gfx power unless you have other uses in mind.
